Felis
Here is new update for An24. It contains new navigation systems: NAS1 and RSBN, and new "Phone" panel with GPS function, nav calculator and METAR reader. to install this update, you'll need to unzip it and replace files in An24 folder, remaining all hierarchy. for MAC users - beware to replace the whole folder - MacOS will delete old one and write new in that place. So you'll need to replase files, not the folders. you can download the update here: http://felis-planes.com/downloads/An-24%20Update.zip this is not neccesary update. i'd call it add-on - it's only improves navigation functions. real An24 do not have these systems. this update made by Falcon. many thanx! little later i will give a link to new version of plugin, which will have some performace fixes. stay tuned. Lejzy
Thank you for your updates, I really appreciate these two ad-on feature. Most planes didn't have them, but military and arctic did, and it is interesting way of navigation.
Leonell
Thank you very much - excellent avionics. I have one note - when flying in SRP mode I did set angle to 345 degrees, distance 25 km, azimuth to 345 degrees (=angle), orbit to 25 km (=distance). I then fly using KPPM but no lamp goes on when near to target. Target is of course in (tuned) RSBN beacon area. Thank you. Edit: I tried it more time. Approaching lamp is activated in 15 km range from RSBN beacon in SRP mode too and this is afaik wrong. I assume that in SRP mode must be lamp functionality related to defined target and not RSBN beacon ?
