conex
Just started another project. I love JetRanger´s, so i´ll do this with time. Want to got a good visual approach too, with all details i can do, full interior modelled too, and a realistic cockpit. Still needing a lot of work but its what i did with 1 day of work. andy07
That looks great. Will the Cargo Hatch open with a slider because the pictures show it with and without it?

andy07
How do you get that much work done in one day? It's amazing. By the way, will it be Payware or Freeware?

I don't know, but isn't there a type of jet ranger that has retractable wheels?

Thomas Osborn
I believe you are talking about Bell Agusta AB139. Picture that looks a little bigger then what i meant. Have you seen Reign of Fire the helicopter in that looks like the Jet Ranger but it has stub wings that the main gear fold into then the front gear goes in the tip of the nose. it might not be the same company but it looks really close to it. Your Jet Ranger looks really cool, i just thought because of how close they look it might have been a newer model of jet ranger. Maybe they share the same frame though. Thomas Osborn
I belive this is what your refering to Thomas... A-109 that one is a little closer but the one i was thinking of has little wings over the rear landing gear that the wheels fold into. I'll try to find some pictures of it. Thomas Osborn
accuatly i was wrong it was the a-109 i thought the gear had gone into those pods but it didn't. sorry. you have to admit that it does look like it shares the same frame as the jet ranger. I know bell and agusta team up on helicopters but it looks like the same designer worked on both, to me anyway.

conex
Well i feel that unwrap is a nightmare, but step by step i´m going over this. I reworking over the model because my first one was low poly based, and the new one will be fully of details and with smooth surfaces.
Rob B.
Well i feel that unwrap is a nightmare, but step by step i´m going over this. Ain't that the truth. imo that is by far the hardest step. There are some good tutorials on u-toob though if you need a bit of inspiration or some fresh ideas. Hang in there it looks fab so far, I think you're making good progress : )
conex
Well this weekend i worked a bit on it. A car crashed into eletricity lines near of my house and broken my phone line so i got 4 days without internet, but now its ok. I take a lot of pictures to use as reference from B206 of my friend, now i got some to play with interior and exterior. Exterior is with UV 90% done. The model actually is with 17k of Polys.
