I just discovered this program and I love it.  After a short learning curve I was able to remove an annoying tree that was in the glide slope to KSGR.  I can now land without coming in too steep and correcting at the last moment.  You just need to remember to put your edited overlay higher than any other scenery with the same coordinates in your scenery_packs.ini file.

Ignore the Invalid Apt.data file and you will be fine. Multiple people seem to have this issue but no fix dont worry about it though
