pls help me

I want to see if this is normal behavior or if I am missing something before submitting a bug report.

I enjoy the ERJ's a lot.. but recently Art controls have caused my sim to crash. I have recently gone through all the addons to see which ones are causing it. While trying out your addons and reviewing the log I noticed that your SASL script seems to be modifying the art controls. Could this please be resolved? Otherwise thank you for this great addon. I hope we can see the ERJ E2s soon eventually.

Nevertheless, it flies great, and although the workload is higher due to less automated Auto Flight, it is still manageable.”

If you think you have found a bug with the plane, you can post the information about the issue here.

• Don't submit bug reports for uncertain issues; not understanding aircraft operation isn't a bug.

• No questions here—use FAQ or Tech Support

• Don't report one-time issues as X-Plane crashes randomly; if you can't reproduce, we can't fix it.

• Ensure it can be clearly reproduced with all 3rd-party plugins disabled.

1. Did you experience this bug more than once?

2. What should we do to replicate this bug? If we can't replicate it, we can't fix it.

2. Has this happened more than once?

3. Does it also happen without 3rd party plugins? You can check this easily with the Safe Mode. Simply hold CTRL right after you've launched X-Plane, and it will give you the option to not load any 3rd party plugins.

Hello X-Crafts Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am currently building a personal, non-commercial home cockpit based on the ERJ-145 and integrating it with external hardware through MobiFlight and custom software.

During the development process, I have been trying to interface various aircraft systems with physical switches, panels, and controls. While I have successfully identified some available DataRefs and Commands, I have encountered a significant issue: many aircraft functions, switches, and systems do not appear to expose any accessible DataRef or Command.

To investigate this, I have already:

• Searched through the available X-Plane command list

• Used DataRefTool extensively with change detection enabled

• Monitored command activity

• Searched aircraft files and available resources

• Tested multiple systems and cockpit controls

Despite these efforts, a number of systems appear to be internal and inaccessible from external hardware, making integration with a home cockpit extremely difficult.

For this reason, I would like to kindly request access to a complete list of available ERJ-145 DataRefs and Commands, including any undocumented or cockpit-builder-oriented interfaces that may exist.

My goal is not to access source code or proprietary implementation details. I am simply looking for a reliable and supported method to interface external hardware with the aircraft systems for personal use.

This project is:

• Personal use only

• Non-commercial

• Not intended for redistribution, resale, or commercial products

• Solely focused on building a home cockpit and improving simulation realism

Having access to a complete DataRef and Command reference would greatly help cockpit builders like myself and would allow proper integration of aircraft systems with external hardware.

ERJ-145 Personal Simulation Project

I have a problem with my new ERJ135: autopilot disconnects for non apparent reason. It remains active only a few seconds after enabling.

I tried calibrating my joystick, even removing roll/pitch/yaw joystick assignments but problem remains.

Any idea what may cause it ?

Download the latest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables.

These are runtime libraries from Microsoft that install the shared code our software needs in order to run correctly on your computer.

1. You can download them here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170#latest-supported-redistributable-version

Most customers should download x64.

• x64: for most modern 64-bit Windows PCs

• x86: for older 32-bit systems or if specifically required

• ARM64: only for Windows devices with ARM processors (such as Microsoft Surface Pro X)

If unsure, installing x64 is the correct choice for the vast majority of users.

2. Then open X-Plane and load the ERJ
   

If that didn't help:

1. Download the attached zip file.

2. Unzip into Embraer ERJ Family v2.0.0/plugins folder. It should overwrite the AirComms.xpl file in the Embraer ERJ Family v2.0.0/plugins/AirComms/win_x64 folder.

They working fine in EjetsV2 though. also the FMS pop-out remember it's position on 3rd touchscreen monitor well.

after a long whole absent from X-Crafts Embraer due to training and getting more experience with airbus, I am now back to my great love since the first time I started flying jets IFR long time ago ... it was an Embraer in the beginning and it will be an embraer forever. ❤️ And of course x-crafts. In my opinion the best one can get for professional desktop simulation.

Since one week I'm flying with the Embraer 135 (instead of E190) and made the demo flight ... (very good tutorials here). I am totally flashed ... flying with pich and power, monitoring the speeds and altitudes is a brandnew feeling for me. And the Version 2.1.1. is so lovely to fly.

Thanks a lot x-crafts, you made a very good job!! I'm only a simmer, but it is so much fun learning how to fly without VNAV.

When in the MFD I select between WX/TERR, in TERR mode I can't see terrain in navigation display, is it this working? Or Am I doing something wrong?.

• I couldn't find the MFD joystick on the central pedestal, are you planning to simuate it later on and maybe also integrate the charts on the MFD instead of the EFB like on a real aircraft?

I wanted to let you know that while the cabin announcements to the ERJ V2.0 series are working, they are not playing in a correct sequence, and the flight attendant is also making announcements over the safety demonstration phase of the cabin announcements when I raise the slider to 100% on the EFB settings. Would you be able to look into this when you get the chance please? I do not think I will need by log txt for this but if so I can attach it. Thank you and have a good day!

I think there were improvements made in 12.2.0 to toe brake behavior... https://www.x-plane.com/kb/x-plane-12-2-0-release-notes/ highlights a new dataref called sim/cockpit2/controls/wheel_brake_ratio

Are the ERJs making use of this new brake dataref?

I ask because I use a motion platform, and the "jerky" brakes are definitely a bit jarring. I think the Zibo seems to be implementing something different than the default, for example, because I get really smooth brake resolution without having added my own toe brake axis response curve.
