All DataRefs and Commands work except for the instrument lighting. </p><p>While the flood light works when writing to the aerobask/knob_flood DataRef, writing to aerobask/knob_inst has no effect. I also tried writing to sim/cockpit2/switches/instrument_brightness_ratio without effect. If you have some logos on the wingtips (see image) then these  logos will be mirrored seen from the other side. Maybe you can provide left and right wing texture in future update. Still very nice plane.</p>

A restart helped. Then it started showing me this:</p><p>One or more issues were found with this sound bank. Please check the Log.txt for more details.</p><p>Aircraft/Diamond DA42NG/fmod/DA42.snd aerobask/custom/headset_connected event:/da42/environment/headset</p><p>And then, after I clicked "Understood" on that message to make it go away, I found that I couldn't operate any of the cockpit switches. When I click them, they make a noise, but the switches do not change position. Obviously, there's no effect on the aeroplane; I can't even switch on the fuel supply or activate the avionics. I use the Gladiator NXT EVO as my joystick.  </p><p>Recently, I discovered the Diamond DA42NG for myself. However, the joystick reacts very sensitively in pitch and roll – for both axes I never had to modify the "Response Curve" or "Control Sensitivity" settings when flying the A319. But I think now it's time to do <span class="ipsEmoji" title="winking face">😉</span>  </p><p>Hopefully, someone here can help me with good values for pitch and roll. The PFD then gives an L ECU A Fail + L ECU B Fail indication in the simulator. A few questions on this....</p><p>1)If both ECUs fail, why doesn't the engine shutdown to prevent damage ? Is this not simulated or does it depend on the nature of the fault?  </p><p>2)Does the LH ECU BUS breaker just isolate the power supplied by the LH ALT ? does the LH ECU bus get driven by the LH main bus for ECU A, and the RH ECU bus for ECU B ? If so why is there a failure indication of each LH ECU ?</p><p></p><p>I don't honestly expect an answer as my questions are quite complicated, but anyone who has an idea or sub-questions id be interested to hear!</p><p></p><p></p>

They're not too bad on the right engine as long as you don't look super closely, but on the left engine they're completely wonky.
