Having a few problems, well I guess it's just one. 

I have latest mobile soon and paid for subscription to Navigraph.  I click the link to sign into navigraph and it takes me to login page. Allow the accesses. It then returns to the sim with no option to update date. 

The result being FMC still says out of date data. Is there something obvious I am missing or is it the sim being awkward?  Any help or somewhere to go to find assistance would be great.
