I completely understand that 12.3.0 is still in (early) beta and expecting any 3rd party dev to update their produces to support these new features this early in a beta cycle is completely unreasonable. I just wanted to voice my hope that Aerobask is at least considering it for a future release.

I'm impressed by the quality of our products and they reflect your reputation on this forum and so many others.

I want to build a simulator in my garage and as you know the main difficulty is programming the buttons and equipment using the DataRefs and Commands of the aircraft creator.

My idea is to use XP12 only with Arduino boards and MobiFlight for the interface.

I'm hesitating between the Phenom 300 and the DA62. Can you tell me if the DataRefs and Commands can be used easily to control the plane with hardware?

Do you also have an opinion on Mobiflight compared with Air Manager?

First, I want to thank you for the fantastic work so far. I've purchased several Aerobask models, and each one has been excellent—perfectly capturing real-life behavior.

On that note, I’d love to see a Viper SD4 model, as it’s becoming increasingly popular, especially in European flight schools. Would you consider putting it on the roadmap?

Our planes use custom code, a LOT of custom code. This code is protected by DRM (Digital Rights Management) so unauthorized use is blocked behind a software lock. You unlock this with your serial number from your purchase reciept. If you try to use the plane without unlocking, and therefore not using the custom code, you get a horribly broken mess of a plane that will present you with error messages when you load it. These error messages include the dreaded "VRCONFIG"-error and the "SOUNDBANK"-error.

The first time you load the plane, and whenever the plane has been updated, the lock on the code is reset, and you unlock it with your serial number from your purchase.

Out of activations error

The number of times you can use the same serial number for unlocking is limited, to prevent unauthorized spreading of the serial number, and if you run out of activations, you will get an error when you try to use it. You can request new activations (for free) by filling in the form at https://aerobask.com/contact.php.

In a 2020 article (https://www.thresholdx.net/news/apssul) you previewed a new avionics in a Shark UL.

Is there a project within Aerobask to develop a simulation of the Shark Aero Ultralight aircraft and, if yes, when do you plan to publish it.

By the way, at the moment, a young women, Zara Rutherford, is trying to do a round the world trip with a Shark Aero UL, trying to be the youngest female to fly around the world (https://flyzolo.com/). It would be nice to recreate her journey in the simulator.

as you are one of the most reliable provider for high quality Diamond aircrafts in XP, are there any plans for the brandnew Diamond DART-750? 😎

I would really appreciate having this plane in XP one day!

•  our upcoming Diamond DA50 will be our last aircraft made for X-Plane 11.
• the Dassault Aviation Falcon 8X (and other unannounced planes) will be X-Plane 12 only.
• the Phenom 300, Diamond DA50 and DA62, Epic E1000-G1000 and Legacy RG will get free updates to X-Plane 12.
• the Eclipse E550, Pipistrel Panthera and Velocity V-Twin may get an update (free or not) if technically possible with SASL2.
• the existing ViperJet LXR and Epic E1000-Skyview will be decommissioned (no update path to XP12, no coupon for eventual XP12 version).
• the fate of the Epic Victory G1000 is undecided.
• the X-Plane 11 fleet won't receive updates anymore, unless for addressing a severe issue with latest X-Plane 11 version.
• Do not expect updates mentioned above to be available on day one of X-Plane 12, this takes time but we are committed to deliver.

 Thanks Aerobask.  This is the first 3rd party SASL aircraft that i have for XP12 that now has native M1 SASL plugin execution.

Clicky clicky menus outside of the plane with ground objects etc and the best: modern planes with glass cockpits.

But now I must decide which plane (I buy first.. lol). I am looking at the Eclipse 550 NG and the Diamond DA-62 right now. I cant decide.
I have read that in the Eclipse you can open airport charts - can I do the same in the DA-62 (ingame)? The Eclipse if way faster, right? Can they both do ILS landings (sorry for beeing a noob ... I mostly fly helicopters in DCS and the Bell407 in Xplane ).

If you would have to decide - which one would you get?

I need a little help. Everything was working well until today. Launching Aerobask planes are producing the error message in the screenshot.  I did verify on XPlane and tried to repair planes via Skunk updater.  Once in a while the plane loads fine but now its 95% with this error message.  Only changes today was the Xplane 12.03r1 update and ABC camera (which I have disabled for troubleshooting). I am running XP12 Steam edition.
