How can I get these lights to work? Its just sad that this seems the only (for me atleast) vital part that I cant immerse myself into flying at nights without instrument lights... I searched the forum and I know that these instrument lights should be turned on by one of the 4 rotary switches near the throttle...

I already invested hours only to get this to work under MXLinux 23.6 (Debian 12 derivative) and I dont have more then like 4 months linux "experience". my c172 digital refuses to trim in flight. while i think the product (for me) has some kind of flaw built in, i know many of you really love this product and so maybe i'm in the minority, but here's what i'm experiencing....in flight after take off i cant trim for level flight at all..the elevators seem to be stuck in the deflected down position whic of course would cause a tail up/nose down attitude BUT,,the a/c continues to climb nose up!,,,if i try to trim using my joystick trim button the a/c just wont respond, i ger a "bunting nose" and no trim. i can control level flight by having to keep my joystick pulled back as if i want to climb. the previous left wing heavy pre digital seems to be ok now with the digital update, but the trim/elevator prblm makes my c172 ng for flying.

have any of you also experienced similar prblms?

When trying to perform a cold start, I think there are discrepancies with the actual procedure. The required prime time is very short, and when I try to start it with the magnetos, it takes a long time to start. I've never flown a Cessna 172, but from the videos I've watched, everything works very differently in the real aircraft. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Startup and engine sounds cutting in and out

The engine startup sounds and shutoff sounds seem to be pretty bad. The autopilot will not stay powered on if you perform a manual take off. But if you click the Before Go button either before takeoff or during the flight it will start working.
