Mouse became a round arrow

My mouse became a round arrow, and I cant click in any button, its happening in several aircrafts, such as zibo!! i already tryed to restart the sim, but no results. I tryed to take a print-screen, but it doesnt print the arrows.
Please help!!!

Just purchase xatmoengine a few minutes ago. My download only consisted of a PDF file. I didn't get any file to install. I'm confused

Real Lights Problem

I recently updated my BIOS after installing a new processor. Real Lights will no longer work. I know after updating the BIOS, you have to reactivate or sometimes get a new key. Has anyone else had this problem? I feel like updating the BIOS is fairly common and it should be easy to get your download purchases to work again after doing so. The Org store where I purchased it said they cannot help. They sent me to the designer. I have emailed them, but have yet to get a response.

11.35 Problems

Hey,

If anyone else is having problems, i already did remove two lines of code so xAtmoEngine will run. BUT it will not work correct way. Following issue is already reported for developers. Developer answer was "Next week will release an update". So lets wait and see what all needs changes.

There is no exe file included in the download as outlined in the user manual after purchase? Download for windows.

So many sim pilots see bug with clouds, where the clouds go like lines up to the moon.

One way to fix this, is open settings window and move anti-aliasing slider.

Permanent Fix:

Open your xAtmoEngine.lua with notepad or notepad++

Change the following value from 1.0 (i think it was) to 0.5. Save the file and happy flying.

The issue with the clouds

I got this product and i have been testing it for a few days.

I like everything about it but the clouds.

there are some serious issues with the clouds.

so i wish there would be a fix for it or the option to disable it.

I pointed this issue with support email, they did say they are going to add this and pin this message here. Now after week, nothing happened, so here it is:

Full compatibility:

Active Sky XP
FSGRW
Real Weather Connector
NOAA Weather
Default XP weather
With any other x-plane weather plugin.

No compatibility:

xEnviro
UWXP
SkyMaxxx
xVision
With any other environment addon.
With any other environment lua script.

Basic way to tune and do some custom settings is edit xAtmoEngine.lua in X-Plane 11/resources/plugins/FlyWithLua/Scripts/xAtmoEngine.lua.

So you can install scripts like "Water fix", just edit xAtmoEngine.lua with values taken from script and drop "any.png" to right folder. Remember to take backup first and edit all slowly.

Haze fix

When weather is clear, we still can see fog / haze around and its really unrealistic that we dont see far away even when weather is clear. I did find fix for this.

Uninstall all haze / fog scripts like less haze etc.
go to X-Plane 11/Resources/plugins/FlyWithLua/Scripts/
Locate and open xAtmoEngine.lua (with notepad++ or similar)
line 66 shows:

set( "sim/private/controls/fog/fog_be_gone", 2.4 )

I did change the line to:

set( "sim/private/controls/fog/fog_be_gone", 0.25 )

Now its more clear and more realistic for now, you can adjust that between 0.0 - 1.0, dunno why the h### basic valua is 2.4 in xAtmoEngine 🙄

Real Lights server problem

We have identified the source of problems with Real Lights product activation. This problem is mass and is present at all users at the moment. Activation is not completed due to problems with our server provider. We hope that the problem will be solved as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience.

xAtmoEngine does not have satisfactory support

I acquired xAtmoEngine, installed it and it generated conflict with xAtmoEngine and Speedy Copilot 320, and even removing the xAtmoEngine from the FlyWithLua script folder it causes a permanent damage to FlyWithLua, requiring a full reinstallation of FlyWithLua.

One of the resumables by xAtmoEngine asked me for 12 hours to solve the problem, and it's been days and not even an adequate return has been given.

In conclusion, it's not worth spending on something that does not work and does not have adequate support.
