After you have downloaded and opened x-updater you will have a blank screen in updater

1. Click on Settings (far right next to ?)
2, Choose your x-plane path (browse to it) and click okay to return to main screen
3. Click on the + to enter a new product. A new screen will pop up to enter aircraft
4. Enter your email address, Licence key and click check. Browse to the x-plane path you choose in step 2
5. Click Install. Repeat steps 3 to 5 if you have other ff products to enter in the Path you chose in step 2

If you have x-plane 11 and 12 then repeat all steps again but change the path in step 2 to the one you haven't
installed the new (updated) FF A320 or FF A350. Make sure you click Beta until they are out of beta.

When you want to (or need to) update then go to step 2 to choose the x-plane version you want the aircraft
to update. Select the icon up arrow inside the circle on the menu line to check all products in the version of xplane
you have selected. The Products pane will show which products have updates available. Click on radio button  and
the updates will appear in the right pane. Click on the Up arrow in the right pane to update your plane(s).

Do the same for your other x-plane version. the update screen will stay in the path you selected in step 2 and only show planes 
in that path. to see you other planes in the other version xplane change it in step 2

I am having an issue activating my FlightFactor A320U in XP 12. Each time I try activating using my serial number, it does not activate and only "hangs" on the verification screen staying at 0%. I believe the issue may be that I require additional activations. Please let me know what information you require.

im just getting start to to play, buy A320 Ultimate on 2021, now im going to play (2026) on steam (xplane11). It show not allowed.

I've got an issue with my FF Airbus, which I tried fixing many times now, but none of the recommended methods worked for me. It all begins with the opening of the activation pop-up window, and then, as instructed, I enter the given code. It instantly says "Please wait", and the progress bar stays at 0% afterwards, no matter the time. I tried both entering the code manually, and pasting it from the clipboard. And also, I'd be glad to know what is the purpose of the "Generate ID" button. I will attach the image of the game below.

I've done almost all the troubleshooting I can think of, including a clean install of both aircraft and X-Plane, disabling all start-up programmes on Windows inc. my antivirus. The only obvious possible solution left is a clean boot of windows.

Windows event viewer diagnoses the issue as a BEX64 crash of the ucrtbase.dll module. Exception code 0xc0000409.

The one error I am seeing recurring in these crashes in the X-Plane log is "FF: FMGC PHASE UNSYNC!"

Can anyone out there be of any help?

I'm just getting back into the FF A320U after a long hiatus due to work. What is the current external soundset for this bird - or have the default sounds been udpated and better? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I recently flew from KPHX to KONT in the FFa320 and most of my waypoints, STARS, and SIDS were not in the MCDU database. As a result, I had to manual make my waypoints by imputing their coordinates. My STAR was then changed, meaning I had to do it all over again. Is there anyway to update the database without Navigraph? The plane is borderline unusable on its current data. My log file for my flight is attached here.

I've just downloaded the latest hotfix and am now flying a test sector. I've managed to get all my WinCtrl hardware working, except for one thing: the MCDU screen remains black. All the buttons on the MCDU work, but the screen stays black. So I have two questions:

1. Does anyone else experience this?

2. Does anyone know how to fix this?

A fix would be much appreciated!

I've just looked at the release notes for X-Plane 12.4.1 (which is a beta version) and there seem to be a few other add-ons which are causing it to crash. Better add this one to the list.

I need the specifications to make a better plan using SimBrief, to save airframe.. If someone has the airframe on SimBrief and can send me a screenshot here, or tell me where I can find the specifications, it would be really good.

When I choose “Start with engines running” in the FlightFactor loading screen, I can hear everything powering up on the loading screen, but once it finishes loading, the aircraft is only half‑on: some systems are working and others are not.

Also, I have the Thrustmaster quadrant, and the game recognizes some of its controls, but for example the starter switches and similar things are not being detected at all.
