Just dug out my old GoFlight moduls from my MFS days years ago. Its a shame that a company like GoFlight is not interested at all in earning any Money, by providing their buyers with easy to use software to support the upcoming number 1 flightsim X-Plane 11. By sticking to the Pr3tanic, they will probably go the way the "other" flightsim will go... :-) Shame. Never heard of a company that relies on 3rd party software to get their hardware to work properly. I as a hardware producer would want as many buyers as possible for my products, and would then provide the proper software to get the things running. X-Plane 11 (or 10) is not an outside exotic little simulator anymore, and is in the process of taking over the market (excuse me all you Martin, FSW, and Aero guys, but you have to look the reality in the eye... :-))    ). I made the plunge out of frustration, (the cost won´t kill me - I have invested even more in my hobby, just look at my MCP-Pro),  and bought myself the polypot GIT software.  I thought it is more powerful than the rare freeware solutions like sandy´s plugin, and above all will be combatible to all the aircraft out their. Besides, I grew up with computers, so how hard can it be to set up! Well, it is not too hard to get working if you load a configuration made by someone else, and it seems to work sort of with my modules. Before I use my MCP-Pro, I have to check to see that the switches on my monitor corespond to the settings on my MCP-Pro. If not, I have to correct it by hand. Sort of like syncing the Hardware to the simulator by hand... :-) The LEDs sometimes work on the MCP, and somtimes not, even though they are plugged into a USB 2.0 hub. Programming the whole modules when there is no configuration to download for yout particular aircraft, is a horror! Have no idea why they didn´t make some kind of easy to use graphical interface, rather than the programming junk that they did. If it´s even daunting for someone that has grown up with computers and programming, what must it be like for some type of technical noob, that just want´s to get his moduls working with X-Plane? Maybe Laminar will in some future update support the moduls natively with a sweet programming interface like they have for the joysticks. (HINT Polysoft or GoFlight!).

Now to get to my problem: Like I said, my MCP-Pro and GF166A radio panels seem to work fine with a configuration I downloaded from the Polypot site for the Zibo Mod 737 (Fantastic aircraft by the way). Only when the aircraft is cold and dark, the moduls still shine in all their glory, getting their power from somekind of invisible, mystical  power source. What do I have to do to get them to work only when the aircraft has power? Have tried to read the polysoft instructions, and also looked for explaining videos, but no luck... (or I oversaw something). Any help?

I’m running X-Plane 11.55 and was previously using X-Plane Map Enhancement v3.1.5.0 without any issues.

After uninstalling and reinstalling the same version, the installer no longer downloads the "terrain" folders.

As a result, X-Plane reports:

"Failed to find resource terrain/xxxxx_BI16_sea_overlay.ter" "DSF canceled due to missing art assets"

Would anyone who still has a fully working installation of XPME v3.1.5.0 for Europe be willing to share ONLY the folders: XPME_xxxxx/terrain ?

I do NOT need the full program, only the terrain directories.

Of course, this is only for personal use to restore a previously working setup.

I am currently trying to install LiveTraffic v3.x for X-Plane 11, but I can only find the latest 4.x versions available for download.

Would anyone happen to have a compiled Windows 64-bit build of LiveTraffic v3.4.x or v3.5.x and be willing to share it?

I am facing a problem with the AviTab Browser plugin i recently discovered,which i find to be an amazing idea.

AviTab opens normally when i'm running X-Plane,but without the Browser function being available.

I did each step exactly as mentioned in the description of the AviTab Browser page (moved the AviTab-Browser into the resources/plugins folder,added the additional files _x64 etc).

Windows 10,X-Plane 11.55r2. Any advice please??

So I know this topic may been outdated but a couple days ago I ended up downloading the SAM library plugin from the Aerosoft One program since some of my sceneries needed SAM to opearate the jetways and marshalls. Then I went over to the lib folder inside the SAM plugin folder and found out that all the other mods like World Jetways, Ground Services, Follow me car, etc. are inside that installation, seeing this I opened up the content manager to download them properly into the simulator and found out that even tho I already have them installed I still need the activation for it to work. See I would've done it easily by buying a license and that's it but the problem is that the plugin has been taken off sale with the new system introduced with X-Plane 12 where there's movable jetways by default and more detailed ground services and many other circumstances that made the developer take if off most of the stores. My question is: Is there any way at all to get this to work or somewhere I could still buy the license to make good use of it while I wait for Christmas to come around to get my new PC so I can jump to X-Plane 12? Thanks for your help and for taking some time to read this thread about such an outdated topic.

A few days ago I dowloaded the file and I think did what was asked unfortunately the window does not open when dragging trhe mouse down the screen.

I would be much greatful if someone could look at the attached screen shots and tell me what I did wrong.

i have an issue with flight instrument panels from Saitek bought to Logitech. I used them perfectly well on x plane 11 and windows 10 but I changed my computer today and now as it is a windows 11, I downloaded the plugins from Logitech Support adapted to Windows 11 64 bytes. The installation apparently didn’t went well as a pop up explained to me on my computer and effectively the instrument panels do not work. 
Strange enough, other panels like radio panel, multi switch work well. 
did someone meet the same issue and do anyone know how to fix it?

i received the turtlebeach VelocityOne™ Flightdeck , the looks of this  stick ant throttle  is awesome and its recognized by win 11....but.... apparently one need to configure ( mapping ) all the controls one by one.

So the question is:   Does anyone did this already ?. And would you  like to share the joystick config file for this VelocityOne™ Flightdeck, if you have that for xplane 11 or 12 ?

I bought this yoke, but every time I start up X-plane an error message says that there are a large number of unknown buttons.

I calibrated the apparatus to make it work, but the joystick is not recognized. In X-Plane/Resources/joystick configs the Velocity Flight Yoke is present .

Do I have to place this VelocityOneFlight-Windows.joy file somewhere else where X-Plane can see it?

I have an issue creating checklists. First each time I click on « search » function of Dataref Tool in X Plane, it causes it to crash. I suppose that there is an issue with one dataref but I do not have an idea of which one. How could I identify it?

Second, when I create a dynamic check, I use the syntax : sw_item:text:dataref:value. For example : sw_item:Battery On:sim/cockpit2…battery_on:1. When I launch the check list, Xchecklist identifies that there is a dynamic check but when I switch the battery on, nothing happens. The item is not automatically validated. 
Can someone give me indications?

like I use to. After updating live traffic I still am not receiving any aircraft live traffic no matter what airport I go to.

Any advise?  If this utility is not available anymore then any advise on another Live traffic add on would be appreciated.
