Here's the discussion/screenshot thread for our Guayaquil, Ecuador fly-in (original announcement here). Sloped runways on.

Tune in here for details on the X-Plane.org fly-ins!
For more information on the virtual air traffic server and getting online, see the FAQ thread.

Can we do a designated start time at SCCI and Race your chosen Car Ferry to SEGU? (consdiering most of the Entries can only go 300IAS or less, this is a stupid idea) I will just fly a Super Sonic Acft of some sort.

This is actually within range of my car ferry, even with full competition load. And it goes Mach 0.71 at ECO cruise, so maybe I'll do it.

My Crazy??
Viper's Orca would also lay claim to that epithet "Fastest Entry in the Car Ferry Contest".
Both design are good for Mach 0.8, Viper's will have more range, but is more than 3 times as heavy and has almost twice the power.
5 hours? More like 8. But people have made longer flights to fly-ins.

I use to live in Ecuador for many years. A very beautiful place, it was very fun to go to Guayaquil. As you can see I get excited every time this little country gets mentioned anywhere

Does anyone have tried to convert Boris Forero's payware scenery?
I've found an older and free one of him on fs2000.org but the payware one looks really better!
