Without a doubt, my absolute favorite plane in x-plane. It's pretty much all I fly.
And it keeps getting better!
Congratulations gentlemen, you've just perfected the aircraft exterior.
Standing by, patiently.
A quick question, with the additional detail, does the aircraft handling change significantly? Is x-plane good enough to work with those extra polygons, and handle accordingly? The mesh on those videos are very impressive indeed. Looks like you've modeled it to real world standards.

Excellent work so far!
Am I right in assuming that the fuselage is a PlaneMaker model?

Really nice work guys !
I love the behavior of the engine
I think yes, check the nose
but they will certainly change the fuse too to have the same detail level than the wings

Hi all!
1. Yes, the fuselage is still PlaneMaker, it's next on my to-do-list; Of course you will find animated a/C air inlets, APU doors, AOA sensors...
2. Yes, X-Plane 9 can handle *lots* of triangles and handles very, very well.
3. Although I formerly intended to work for X-Plane 8 & 9 I more and more feel the X-Plane 9 is sooooo much better that (at least at this time) I'm developing for X-Plane 9 only; backwards compatibility is a difficult story, but I will decide this later.
best,
benedikt

A quick heads up for all the friendly x737 pilots: We have almost finalized the new 3D wings & engines, looking back to the most complex parts we had to build. The x737 plugin is doing a good job in wingflex and enhanced engine animation, leading and trailing edge device control, exterior light, exceeding X-Plane's generic capabilities by far. No need to tell so many words - just go to our x737 project website and watch the new preview video. Oops: Broadband access is recommended, it is a 4 minutes mp4 preview weighing 28MB. It's worth, I believe!
Enjoy the movie and the soundtrack, and let me know if you find visible bugs (I found one
: the 3rd LE device right wing has a non-glossy surface, don't mind! Any comment is of course appreciated.
Best,
Benedikt

Erase the '.txt' from the file name, and it should play fine.

mmh, strange - works fine with Safari on my Mac. The .mp4 extension should be recognized fine. Strange. Anyway, thanks Marco for your help!
Best,
Benedikt
