Evenblade Amphibious The 'Blade Gets back in the Water . . .

This was getting overlooked in the regular Evenblade thread, so here it is in its own thread, the Evenblade Amphibious for 8.60.

Get the first beta release (8.60 Beta 1) HERE!

Points of interest:

• This beta of the amphibious Blade is derived straight from the standard Evenblade, except for a little more power and different tuning.
• There is no gear, so it is configured for water use only. You will notice that the panel shows "anchor" when you hit the brakes!
• Replaced the old float struts that supported the plane on the floats with shaped wings, with their own airfoils.
• Look for more paints soon!

Beautiful - so elegant! I love the line the water rudders make. And the subtle blue-greys of the livery and the panel are really nice.

I'm glad somebody is enjoying this. For a while there I was starting to think I was the only one who loved flying an amphibious Blade. I am working on a few more paints for both planes.

Hey..this one rocks! The evenblade is great and a very nice plane to fly, this version too. I like the way you did the floats, thank you for another beautiful plane!

That's because only a few people managed to obtain the amphiBlade...

I had the old version, but I don't know how many others got it.
Actually, I rather like the name "amphiBlade." I'm proud of myself. Also, is there any chance of fitting wheels, so it's a true amphibian, instead of just a floatplane? I like the versatility.

Make a static of this plane if you want - GO FOR IT!

Regarding landing gear, just leave your "AmphiBlade" at the harbor, have lunch at the seaside cafe, and then hop into your standard Blade for the trip home.
