This is a New Zealand agricultural utility aircraft, developed from the lighter Fletcher FU-24. It's also been used for freight, skydiving, fire fighting and survey. Able to use short and unprepared runways.
In X-Plane it's easy to fly and has pretty good performance if you don't load it fully.
Note: This is just a slight update of my 7.63 version from almost four years ago, so it's not as detailed as I make aircraft today.
