Here is another excellent MSFS conversion of RAF Kemble and South Cerney designed by Stephen Legg (Stevo) and Birdman who have very kindly agreed to allow the scenery package to be uploaded for the X-Plane Community.
Stephen has said the majority of Kemble was Birdman's with some additions from himself and he did South Cerney, they have both designed an excellent scenery package!. The scenery converted very well, a small ground flatten problem in the accommodation area but seems ok with runways follow ground on. There are two PDF documents in the file, please read as these are the copyright notice..
Here is an edited version of Stevo and Birdman's text:
Auksp-Kemble 2006 V2.2 and South Cerney Airfield
Kemble is a former USAF and RAF base, and a former home of the Red Arrows. Now a general aviation airfield, Kemble is still home to vintage military jets due to the presence of Hawker Hunter specialists Delta Jets.
New to this version of Kemble 2006 is South Cerney, A separate airfield located 4 miles South East of Cirencester and 6 Miles East of Kemble. The Airfield was opened as a Flying training school in 1937 as RAF South Cerney. The airfield never received its concrete runways so had 2 grass and steel matting runways.
This license agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the author of this add-on package. (UKSD, AUKSP, Stephen Legg (Stevo) & Birdman ).
