YAK-130 COMBAT TRAINER, RUSSIA

The Yak-130 combat trainer was selected as the winner of the trainer competition of the Voyenno Vozdushnyye Sily, Russian Federation Air Force, in April 2002. The aircraft is also being actively marketed for export by Yakovlev, the Irkut company, and by Rosoboronexport. First flight in 1996.

I designed the x-plane version to be as close to the the real thing as I know how to do. You can see pictures of the real thing on line. I didn't include them because of copyright issues.

It is one of the best flying and best looking aircraft that I have designed. I hope you will enjoy.
